Got down the beach early with the rest but was feeling the cold, so ended up going the normal windsurf mince on the beach watching others deciding whether to go out or not. Got my books stamped up by Iain then we went for a coffee before coming back to rig and go out. I still wasn't sure although the conditions looked the best all week. By midday decided I wasn't going out and so chatted to the guys and Peter Hart about the Loop off they were having later and then left for home.
Got home and unloaded the car and then sat down to relax with my trainer of my foot had swollen up and could hardly walk on it. Realised I had done something yesterday when I got catapulted and left my foot in the strap, so was a good job I didn't go out (or was it!)

All in all an excellent week over at Rhosneigr never felt comfortable enough to do any big jumps or attempt loops maybe next year. Thanks to Iain for all his hard work and the usual moans from other course members (we know who we mean!)
